Oops I wasnt getting the video at first so put a link in the comments but now see the video in the main post.

Thanks @Benny!

OK. How did you do this? Never mind. I see the comments below. :O)

People ask “Well what has Bernie accomplished?”

He has only changed the entire mindset of the country on what is possible in a mere few years and defined a political agenda for a generation.

Its like a ridiculous question now, I mean what hasn’t he done?

My Bernie moment was his concession speech after the Iowa caucus. I had never heard an American politician talking like that to a national audience. I was mesmerized. And look how far his ideas have come into the mainstream since then. People forget how different it was just three years ago.

There is a literal BB (Before Bernie) in American politics, things have changed that much, with the biggest change of all being the people see a path to taking back our government, where 4 years ago everyone was pretty much scratching their heads.

He is the guy defining a plan that people are following through with, I don’t know how to better define a real leader, seems like he checks all the boxes.

“It’s going to be wide open, with multiple lanes,” said James Zogby, a DNC member and Sanders ally who helped win changes to the party’s primary process.

Sure looks that way.

“There’s going to be billionaire lane,

a moderate-centrist lane,

No, please no.

an establishment lane,

Definitely no!

and then I think Bernie keeps one lane to himself.

If that’s what it takes..

He has capacity to mobilize progressives as no one else does, and he’s a proven fundraiser.”

Yes, yes he does.

Go Bernie: A Future To Believe In!

The excitement builds! Oh I wish I was one of those players (i still love my life, but I can dream :O).)

The wonderful thing about this crowd is that we are there, in a way, and we are heard.

‘The Gathering’, great image.

Thanks Benny—and all your jets

Just seeing if I can get this to show up.

I’m not sure where to put this.

Just this one.

Calling out the oppressive policies in Israel, advocating for Palestinians to be respected, and for Israelis and Palestinians alike to have peace and freedom is not antisemitic. @CNN, we all have a right to speak up about injustice any and everywhere. @marclamonthill https://t.co/YT49WCxVbo

Seems like a good enough place to me. LOL

A good write up from Bernie’s hometown paper.

With the prospect of another presidential campaign in the air, Sen. Bernie Sanders mingled with hundreds of allies in Vermont on Thursday for an event meant to strengthen the national progressive movement.

“The message of this weekend is that we’re going to try to break through the silos that exist within the progressive community,” said Sanders, I-Vt., as he kicked off the three-day conference in Burlington. The Sanders Institute, a think tank led by Sanders’ son and founded by his wife, Jane O’Meara Sanders, organized the event.

Sanders was among friends, visibly relaxed and cracking jokes as he greeted the crowd. These were his people, drawn from around the world and gathered for the first time in his adopted hometown of Burlington.

Jane O’Meara Sanders dismissed a suggestion that the event would help Sanders craft his agenda for a possible presidential campaign.”No, I think we’ve all heard his agenda,” she said. “This has nothing to do with any campaign.”But there was no escaping the excitement around the possibility for another national Bernie Sanders candidacy.

“Bernie 2020,” someone yelled early in Sanders’ speech. He laughed and went on with his remarks.

There is more and a few good pictures at the above link.

It has to be said.

And his fund raising, we may not have a lot to give but we are a lot to give 😉

Wow! Michael Tracey is on fire. But correct.

They’ll beat the socialism card to death and the old white Trumpcorp supporters will eat it up, but they are few in number. Younger and educated voters know better
