Hate to start out with the negative so let me first say THANKS to obj for starting the thread today. Today I got another email from Sean Patrick Baloney asking for money. I haven’t donated to him for years, but I never cancelled his emails. Here’s what he had to say –

NOW: I’m just $1,434 short of paying off my final campaign debt — and I’m asking for your help.

____, I’ll be blunt: This system is messed up. You shouldn’t have to be a billionaire — or take on a ton of debt — to run for office and make a difference. That’s why I’m reaching out to my most loyal supporters (that’s you!) and asking for your help before we close the book on a historic year. Will you chip in $18, or whatever you can afford, to help me pay off my final debt? >>

Lololol… To which I responded – “you effed up! Na na na na, Na na na na, so long, goodbye!”

Now I will cancel his emails.

A pre Happy New Year to all, been a weird week temp wise, We did have a white christmas using snow cover as per the standard but no actual snow fall as per the movies on Christmas Eve. Then a couple days ago we had a heat wave with temps in the upper 40s to mid 50s for a few days and all the snow cover is gone. Later this week we should see some rain and a couple days in the 40s or low 50s again. Not the normal winter season by far–not complaining though but Wi is in a phase of a different type of winter weather at least for the last few seasons now.

BTW a quite night for us tonight with a New Years Dinner on the 1st with our young ‘ins. Maybe Benny will open the bar later🥴😁
