CA counties reported totals of uncounted ballots in 3 categories:
- Vote-By-Mail: 1,724,014
- Provisional Ballots: 1,249,461 (note: this number was 1,071,005 in the first report on 11-10-2016; hard to believe since a constant inventory of all ballots is required — it seems like in most counties these are being ignored).
- Damaged ballots, ballots that could not be machine read and need to be remade, and ballots diverted by optical scanners for further review: 97,407
TOTAL CA ballots reported as not counted: 3,070,882+
