I am watching the pre-debate panel on CNN. It is stacked with Clinton cronies and or moderates with only Alexandra Rojas representing progressives. Not exactly fair but certainly expected.

Next up they give airtime to Michael Bennet to rail against MFA.

Figures, glad i’m not watching that. Just going to tune in at 7 and stay here online here.

I will never forgive or forget this. The Establishment Democratic Party is a worthless entity.

No reliable principled party bearing that name exists, except in a few fevered imaginations.

It was so discouraging.

Don’t necessarily agree with the Moscow part, but:

When elected Bernie will show Trumpcorp how to drain a swamp properly.

Understatement of the millennia. 7/31: I skipped the “debate.” They moved the Sanders watch party down here to a larger venue so a good sign there. T and R and THANKS, Benny!!

i haz teh sadz that Williamson won’t come out full-throated for M4A. What good is all that love instead of fear if you don’t want everyone to get healthcare?

So I won’t be too sad to see her go. I was hoping she would be a strong progressive voice, but she seems to be more a voice for herself.

unless i mossed something. i wonder if she’ll throw her support to Warren.

phatkhat

She’s anti-vax, and seems to think maybe we can heal ourselves with right thinking. Too much woo-woo for me to take her seriously.

mK. where’s the ginger ”beer”? on me.

magsview

I made myself some sangria, lol.

Mr. Mags teased me as he watched me tap-tapping away over here, saying, “Are you doing pre-game?”

He likes Bernie but said he worried about what Bernie could do with McConnell in the way, but I replied, with Trump setting such a strong precedent for using the ‘bully pulpit’, I think Bernie could quite effectively call McConnell out. Then I added, “Let’s just say Biden wins instead, Biden would just ‘work’ with McConnell and nothing of any real value would get accomplished!”

polarbear4

you’ll win him over!

phatkhat

McConnell is only 2 points ahead of McGrath at this point, and it seems every week brings a new scandal. Russian money flowing to Kentucky, now. Maybe he won’t get reelected.

The battle of the Mc’s!

Would centrist McGrath work with President Bernard?
