“ Making good trouble and telling radical truths matter. As we build our collective power to tackle the work ahead that we will do together, my heart is full of love for you and our movement. Thank you for the support you gave me in this campaign — my gratitude for each of you is beyond what words can convey. I look forward to seeing you on the road to progress.”

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) cut an ad for California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) ahead of the Sept. 14 recall vote that will decide his future in public office.

“At this unprecedented moment in American history, when we’re trying to address the crisis of climate change, guarantee health care for all and pass real immigration reform, the last thing we need is to have some right-wing Republican governor in California,” Sanders says in the 30-second ad spot.

“The Sept. 14 recall of Gov. Newsom is a bold-faced Republican power grab,” he continues. “Don’t let it happen.”

Theres a lot Id do for Bernie but it ends at lifting a finger/putting in any work what some ever to support Newsom.

Newsom is not great but the alternative is wacko Republican Larry Elder who would be infinitely worse on the environment etc and in a position to appoint a Republican successor to 88 year old Feinstein which would mean bye bye to Bernie as Budget Chair.

Larry Elder almost makes DeathSantis palatable. He is a complete far right fruitcake.💩💩🤮

Pritzker may be a billionaire who self-funded his campaign, but overall, he gets good marks as he has encouraged and gotten approval for policies that most Illinoisans support. He has mandated indoor masks again but also added that all state employees need to be vaxxed or else get tested twice a week. I’m not certain if he has any POTUS aspirations. I hope not, but I would vote for him any day of the week over Harris.
