A separate thread dealing with Bolivian election.
Don’t forget that Benny has an ongoing Open thread. A few of the comments are repeats from late last night.

The official results are slowly catching up to what the exit polls reflect.

As of 4:36 pm ET the good guys have taken over the official lead.đ
I got worried just a bit earlier when I saw this:
It was as though TPTB were still hanging on in the hopes of getting away with an alternative outcome. Because I sure didn’t see much celebrating in the MSM with the actual outcome.
The right wing politicians have conceeded defeat. When will it show up in the MSM?
This will be hard to refute coming from the self imposed Bolivian leader!
Translation.
Jeanine Añez Chavez

We still do not have an official count, but from the data we have, Mr. Arce and Mr. Choquehuanca have won the election. I congratulate the winners and ask them to govern thinking of Bolivia and democracy.

Hmmmm
I wonder if the same will happen with Trumpcorps militia buddies, slip back into the dark like cockroaches when a light goes on
Dazzling delicious victory. Gracias a Dios. Viva la gente de Bolivia.
Wow!! the chant that they end with takes me back to the early 80’s when my family, along with the parents and children of the independent school we founded in Harlem participated in a march from 135th St in Harlem to the South African consulate,, near 42nd St, to protest apartheid. When we turned south on Columbus Ave from 110th street, a Puerto Rican neighborhood, people were appearing out of their apartment windows and chanting the same chant , “el pueblo unido hamas sera defido” (sp?). I love it!!!

I tried a translation, does this sound right?
a well-known Chilean chant for social change
Occupy used it, too. Sometimes switching with, a people, united, will never be divided. (rhymes)

The Associated Press admits it will the MSM publish this?
LA PAZ, Bolivia (AP) â Evo Moralesâ party has claimed victory in a presidential election that appears to abruptly shift Bolivia back to the left. Itâs a stinging rebuke for the U.S.-backed conservative government that took power after the leftist leader resigned and fled the country a year ago. The leading rival of Moralesâs handpicked successor, Luis Arce, conceded defeat on Monday, as did interim President Jeanine Ăñez. Officials arenât releasing a quick count of results from Sundayâs vote, but two independent samples of selected polling places showed Arce with a lead well beyond what he needs to avoid a runoff.
TY humphrey! i dance! i dance!
